Utilities
The City of Grand Coulee furnishes water and sewer to the city and is contracted with Sunrise Disposal for garbage services.
The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for the billing of water, sewer and garbage charges.
Bills are mailed on the last working day of each month and are due on the 10th of the following month.
Please see the example utility billing time line below:
January 31 – Bills are created for billing cycle – Dec 20th thru Jan 20th.
February 10 – Utility bills are due.
March 1st – Any unpaid utility bills are assessed a $25.00 late fee.
Permits
Grand Coulee, like all local jurisdictions, requires permits for construction and land use activities.
Certain permits are required prior to beginning construction, alteration and/or demolition of all structures within the city.
