City Hall Phone Update
City Hall will be upgrading to a brand new phone system soon!
While that process is underway, you can still reach us through our temporary line or in person:
- Temporary City Hall Cell: (509) 631-0930
- In-Person Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- MACC Non-Emergent Dispatch: 1-888-431-9911 (for non-emergent police reports, inquiries, or officer contact)
- Emergencies: Dial 911
Council Meeting Date Change
The regularly scheduled City of Grand Coulee council meeting will be held on Thursday, August 20th at 6 pm. The time and location remain 6 PM at the City of Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway Ave in Grand Coulee WA.

Update: Repair ticket has been escalated to specialized technician. Whatever is wrong with us is very wrong. ETA for phone restoration is 7/24. We can temporarily be reached at (509) 631-0930 and remember if you need an officer the non emergent MACC Dispatch number is 1-888-431-9911.

Non-Emergent Police Contact Number
We wanted to take the opportunity to remind the community that we only have one officer on duty at any given time. Generally they are not at the station, but if you need to speak to an officer you can call MACC Non-Emergent Dispatch at 1-888-431-9911. This is the line you would want to use to report an incident, make inquiries or other non critical requests. If there is a crime in progress or any other emergent situtation please call 911.

Update: Our trouble ticket has been escalated to a specialized technician. The estimate for resuming our service is 7/24. Our phone service is currently down at City Hall. We are working the telecommunications provider but their technician availability is limited. Please come by and see us 8 am to 4:30 pm.
