City Hall Closure: June 8th – June 15th
Public Notice: Temporary City Hall Office Closure

June 8 – June 15, 2026
Grand Coulee City Hall will be temporarily closed to the public from Monday, June 8th through Monday, June 15th.
Our main office is undergoing a necessary building improvement project, including asbestos abatement, new carpet installation, and the re-assembly of our workstations and equipment. We realize this disruption may be an inconvenience—trust us, we know! We are incredibly eager to put this project behind us and welcome you back into a clean, newly renovated space (hopefully for longer than six months this time around!).
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these updates. Please review the important details below regarding utility payments, deadlines, and service adjustments during the closure.
🏛️ Municipal Utility Payments & Deadlines
- Late Fees: Late fees will still be assessed on past-due accounts on June 1st as usual.
- Extended Shutoff Date: To accommodate the closure, the utility shutoff date has been extended from June 12th to Thursday, June 18th.
- Payment Drop Box: The physical drop box at City Hall remains available for payments. However, please note that payments will not be processed or posted to accounts until staff returns to the office on June 16th.
⚡ PUD Payments
If you typically drop off your Public Utility District (PUD) payment at City Hall:
- You may still use our outdoor drop box (keeping in mind it won’t be posted until we return).
- Alternatively, you can contact the Grant County PUD directly to make a secure payment over the phone or through their online portal to ensure immediate processing.
